Programming is highly customized to the individual or group, but follows science-based principles of periodization for athletic success. This means that programs created will have players performing at their physical best at a specific time of the year, such as the playoffs. This method of programming is also shown to help with injury prevention and load management, which sets players up for long-term success as they seek to excel in their position!

In the past, players could get by on their talent alone. The hockey players of today’s era are bigger, faster, and more explosive than ever before. Gone are the days where players could relax all off-season and simply get in shape in August. In today’s game, if you are not showing up in shape you will quickly fall behind!

Hockey players are unique athletes that require highly specialized training to reach optimal performance for their sport. The methods used in my programming are based on scientific principles to have players performing their best. My unique approach includes instruction and education in movement training, injury prevention, linear and lateral explosiveness, proper exercise technique, energy system conditioning, and more!

  • Most popular service!

    This service is a blend of online and in-person coaching. It includes an ongoing training program delivered via the TrainHeroic mobile application in addition to in-person training sessions. In-person sessions are also used as a check-in for progress toward your goals. Each package is four weeks in duration, during which you will also gain direct access to me via SMS in the TrainHeroic app.

    Online Coaching + 2 In-Person Sessions: $300+gst

    Online Coaching + 4 In-Person Sessions: $450+gst

    Online Coaching + 8 In-Person Sessions: $810+gst

    *In-person sessions must be used during the 4 week training block. These sessions will be scheduled at the beginning of the block or on a weekly basis. We will work together to schedule in-person sessions in a manner that maximizes your results!

  • This service includes on-going fitness coaching and consulting. Training programs will be delivered via the TrainHeroic mobile application and will be completely custom to individual needs and goals. We will also meet via Google Meet on a weekly basis to assess progress and maintain communication. You will also gain access to me directly via SMS in the training app.

    4-Week Training Block: $250+gst

  • This option involves personal one on one coaching. These sessions focus entirely on the steps needed to reach the individual’s goals!

    1 Session: $110+GST

    5 Pack: $500+GST

    10 Pack: $900+GST
